Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved.
- Prepare and process payroll for union and nonunion employees.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting procedures.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of sales and use tax strongly encouraged.
- Construction experience highly preferred.
Salary : $65,000-$70,000
