This role will involve travel within the southern region of Idaho including the Idaho Falls / Pocatello, Twin Falls, and Boise areas.
Compensation :

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective strategies to engage potential customers in the Southern ID area
- Utilize compelling techniques to drive sales and achieve set targets consistently
- Ensure thorough understanding and satisfactory fulfillment of customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Efficiently oversee and manage all account activities in the region
- Strategize and execute plans to grow and enrich the customer base in ID
- Stay updated on market trends to remain competitive in the industry
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure collective success
- Increase revenue while providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business prospects
- Evaluate customer needs and provide suitable solutions accordingly
- Implement innovative approaches to secure successful deals
- Regularly service and maintain customer portfolios
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Previous involvement in the packaging industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives is a necessity.
- Exceptional time management abilities are vital for this role.
- A strong background in B2C sales is a prerequisite.
- US work authorization is a mandatory requirement for this position.
