Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for an RN Clinical Manager to join our team in Fort Worth. We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for this role!

The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing, directing and assigning Clinical Supervisors to specific client populations as necessary for client management including care coordination, orientation, clinical quality initiatives, and other duties as required by contract and / or programs.

Minimum Requirements :

Active RN license required (states in which office and patients are located)

A minimum of two years of home care experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred

Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required

Experience in quality management and budget management preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training and employee development preferred

Experience in regulatory audits such as The Joint Commission and ACHC or other required contracts preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required

Proficiency in the English language is required

Compensation Details :

$85,000 - $90,000 plus annual bonus potential of $16,600, paid out quarterly
