Responsibilities
- Assistin hiring and training new call centerstaff.
- Coordinate with other departments to setgoals and targets.
- Motivate the team to achievethe given targets.
- Resolve staff queriesregarding companys policies and salesissues.
- Ensure the staff is following companysrules and regulations.
- Maintain the call centerdatabase including staff performance and calllog.
- Uphold the standard of theservices.
- Provide suggestions to the uppermanagement to improve the quality of services andproductivity.
- Ensure friendly and healthyenvironment for thestaff.
Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Management or relevantfield.
- Experience in customer service or salesis a must.
- Proven experience of working as aCall Center Supervisor.
- Proficiency in MSOffice and sales procedures
- Strongunderstanding of company policies and productdetails.
- Analytical and problem solvingskills.
- Extraordinary interpersonal andcommunicationskills.
