Russell Tobin's client, a leading financial services company, is hiring a Strategic Initiatives Analyst in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Title : Strategic Initiatives Analyst

Location : Minneapolis, MN 55402

Payrate : $30 / hr. - 35.74 / hour

Role : Hybrid (3 days in-office; candidate's choice of days)

About the Role :

Join our Strategic Initiative team as a Strategic Initiatives Analyst, where you'll tackle complex operational challenges across GTM Client Integration.

In this role, you'll drive key initiatives forward, focusing on simplification, speed, and efficiency. Your expertise in process analytics, project management, and problem-solving will be crucial in delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execution of Process Improvement Initiatives :
  • Collect and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Conduct SME interviews, process mapping, and gap analyses to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and present them effectively through slides and reports.
  • Collaboration and Partnership with Business Lines :
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to gather feedback and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with various departments and SMEs to support the adoption of new processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure integration of new processes and tools.
  • KPI Establishment :
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Reporting and Presentation :
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Project Identification :
  • Participate in identifying and assessing potential new projects and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in process analytics, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create and deliver presentations.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to conduct detailed analysis and develop actionable, repeatable, and quantifiable process improvements.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on discovery capabilities.
