Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive efficiency by evaluating current engineering processes and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective process changes that boost productivity.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- Continuous Improvement / Process Engineering : * With 3-5 years under your belt in CI or as a Process Engineer, demonstrate how past projects led to significant improvements and efficiencies.
- Six Sigma Expertise : * As someone well-acquainted with these principles (preferably Black Belt certified), use statistical methods to eliminate waste and reduce variability in manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's Degree Requirement* : It's expected that your academic background includes Bachelors-level education within Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics-related fields which forms foundation for analytical problem-solving skills required here.
