$31,000 - $42,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit qualified candidates for the agent positions in Houston.
- Track and analyze weekly applicant data.
- Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Maintain communication with candidates and update the Senior Partner on recruitment progress.
- Build strong relationships with recruiters and manage recruitment resources.
- Plan and participate in career events and recruitment activities.
- Search databases for resumes and conduct outreach to potential candidates.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including licensing, contract preparation, and training agendas.
- Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Participate in regular staff meetings.
Qualifications :
- Proven ability to exceed objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Skilled at working with diverse personalities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
