Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with a variety of construction projects, including commercial, educational, healthcare, and residential (oversee construction process from start to finish)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
