What You Will Do :

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Defense and Security Segment to support the Department of the Air Force’s core financial accounting and entitlement system.

Thepliance Development and Support Lead will serve as a focal point for deliveringpliance tasks including leading Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).

Support includes leading teams and coordinating allpliance tasks to include providing direction to theernment.

The Individual will regularly interact with seniorernment officials, staff, and will be engaged in a diverse set of program-specific andpliance tasks related to the Department's financial accounting and entitlement system.

The individual should possess a willingness to be flexible in supporting numerous work products and deliverables.

What You Will Need :

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

Bachelor's Degree -OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience

TEN (10) or more years of experience in leading and providing technical direction toplex engagements within the DoD or Federalernment

Expertise leading audit and / or audit readiness teams including Certified Public Accountant or independent public accountant experience inplex federalernment audits

Ability to work independently

Strong written and oralmunication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong time-management and prioritization skills

Ability tomunicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Working knowledge of DoD and Air Force financial management and systems, processes and procedures

Functional Experience as Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Functional Experience as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Working knowledge ofFederal and Defense financial audit processes

Functional and Technical Experience as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Ability to travel (up to 25%)
