- To update book-keeping and accounting in Quick Books.
- To ensure timely customer invoicing, vendor bill booking, vendor payments and bank reconciliation.
- To reconcile books and coordinate with India accounts team and make sure the information entered in books are accurate.
- To communicate with local bank directly and ensure monthly statements are matched with our books.
- All the vendor bill booking, and customer invoicing are checked by him before entry is made.
- Any physical check payments to be deposited in timely manner.
- Ensure proper cash-flow.
- To maintain Audit documentations.
- To maintain attendance, time records, Salary records, etc. of all employees
- Office equipment and service maintenance follow-up; maintenance of telephones / server.
- Other office maintenance related activities.
- Filing of Tax returns; quarterly tax submissions.
- To make monthly P&L, BS, Ageing reports, Stock Reports.
- Recording of assets in QB
- Well versed with Insurances and Commercials aspect; Import and Export of goods, clearing of freight bills.
- Bank Reconciliations on fortnightly basis;
- Sending MIS on monthly basis on the appointed date;
- Must have handle AP and AR
- Getting Books Audited.
- Helping SCM team in getting the desired information as when required
- Working closely with warehouses across USA
- Undertaking physical verification at regular intervals at both the warehouse say once in Qtr
- To ensure alignment of stock lying both the warehouses with QB
- Helping Business Head Export Division, CFO, USA Marketing Head in sending regular MIS etc. as per their requirement
- Management of office petty cash
