Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
- Identify and establish relationships with suppliers and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Monitor market trends and anticipate changes to make informed decisions.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses in the supply chain.
- Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Keys to Hire :
- Preference for candidates with experience in ingredient sourcing, but open to considering candidates with any food industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills related to supply chain management and sourcing strategies.
