- Conduct contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Keys to Hire :
- Preference for candidates with experience in ingredient sourcing, but open to considering candidates with any food industry experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills related to supply chain management and sourcing strategies.
