Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate NDAs and Teaming Agreements, and create RFP solicitationsEvaluate supplier proposals, conduct price analysis, and negotiate subcontract terms and conditionsAdminister subcontracts, manage relationships with subcontractors, and perform contract close-out activitiesRequired QualificationsBA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experienceMust be a US CitizenExperience negotiating terms and conditions and managing various subcontract typesIn-depth knowledge of the FAR and DFARProficiency in automated purchasing systems (preferably CostPoint, Deltek, or iValua)
