Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Project Manager based at the Terre Haute, IN site. In this role, you will oversee multiple large-scale projects at one time across various sites.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process improvement across our recycling and blown film extrusion facilities to improve material utilization, output rates, set up times, and product quality.

• Manage projects through various stages and ensure all contractual requirements are satisfied before shipment.
• Drive process improvement via root cause analysis, documentation, trials, and confirmation of effectiveness.
• Understand and apply financial drivers and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Continuously look for ways to increase the use of Post Consumer & Post Industrial (PCR / PIR) recycled materials in product lines on our mono layer and co-extrusion lines.
• Research & evaluate technologies, equipment, and raw materials to improve efficiencies and boost recycled content.
• Collaborate with the operations team to define goals and projects related to yield improvement, material utilization, and product quality.
• Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications and standards are achieved.
• Lead team to develop and maintain engineering competencies at the sites by coaching and mentoring to build capabilities.
• Development of a problem solving culture among all employees focused on loss elimination to deliver business results.
• Recommend improvements to the preventative maintenance program to maximize the productive use of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. An Engineering Degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of industrial manufacturing or related project management experience required.
• TPM implementation and continuous improvement project experience preferred.
• Must possess strong financial control skills to support plant efforts in successful cost and capital planning performance.
• PM certification or lean experience highly preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with mechanical processes (drive-trains, conveying systems, machining processes, etc.,) and mechanical troubleshooting or line balancing and control logic.
• Proficiency in all relevant software systems, including MS Office suite.
• Well-developed cross-functional problem solving & multi-tasking abilities, leads by example, acts as an owner, results-oriented & strong customer focus skills.
• Up to 50% travel may be required.
