Job Summary
The Senior Field Sales Enablement & Learning Manager will increase seller productivity by enabling leaders to build winning teams.
He or she will partner closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify areas of opportunity within each region to drive execution of sales plays and support leader improvement.
Additionally, the Senior Field Sales Enablement & Learning Manager will increase first year average seller productivity (ASP) by enhancing Paycor Sales Training content and delivery.
- Package and deliver effective training and communication to the field, providing details of national programs that come from Sales Enablement, Marketing, Learning, COI or from new Product Launches & Releases, and including Marketing, Product, Finance, Technology and Service.
- Deliver exceptional onboarding and ongoing training as required. Deliver advanced sales skills / products, leadership, managerial initial training (as necessary), cross-functional and other training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive sales process support to the field, showing proficiency in Paycor’s sales process and providing best practices for improvement within each area.
- Partner with ASVPs to ensure first year seller success, first year RSD success, and first year ASVP success.
- Build and deliver new hire sales training that will be application and results driven based on sales and / or sales leadership experience.
- Align with SVPs / ASVPs to drive leader effectiveness in the form of coaching, 1 : 1s, and RSD Playbook execution.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver a more scalable package of campaigns, case studies and drops by region.
- Leverage insights from Revenue Operations to identify and train on specific regional needs.
- Be proficient in Broker best practices to support COI Programs and process excellence.
- Utilize the information received from the field to identify top barriers that exist for the field to selling.
- Model sales behavioral excellence, exhibiting proficiency and modeling best-in-class Paycor sales behavior in all interactions with the field and field leadership.

- 4-year degree in business
- 3+ years Paycor Field Sales / MMSE or RSD experience
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Superior organizational and operational skills and ability to successfully lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage analytical skills to build reports and analyze the data to identify areas of opportunity to support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
- Proficiency with all Sales Enablement tools & technology (Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
- Proven success with identifying creative solutions to drive results.
