Provide training and guidance in 5's, Kaizen and SAP activities for area. Experience with PLCs and ladder logic. Able to read blueprints and schematics.
Leadership experience is a plus. Understanding of 24 to 480 voltages. Good knowledge of mechanical parts. (chains, sprockets, shafts, bearings, etc.
Good knowledge of electrical parts. (fuses, drives, conduit, wire sizes, etc.) Ability to use plant maintenance software to find parts.
Use of Google, Microsoft Office products and SAP. Must be able to certify on forklift, aerial lifts and other heavy equipment.
Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds. Able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, etc for extended periods of time.
