Marketing Coordinator
Reports to : Marketing Manager
Position Summary :
The Marketing Coordinator will guide the efforts of the marketing department and assist the Marketing Manager with administrative duties.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, customer experience / support or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in the hospitality / restaurant industry a plus.

- Proficient with excel
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills. Able to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Able to multitask
- An aptitude for managing multiple, simultaneous projects and working with a team.
- Consistent with following branding for each department
- Familiar with Canva
- Attention to detail
Core Responsibilities :
Responsible for the marketing request process. Ensures requests are assigned to the appropriate team member and completed within a timely manner.
Communicates request status back to the department and follows up if additional information is needed.
- Coordinate production of materials by outside vendors as well as internal staff. Distribute materials to corresponding departments within the Resort.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate.
- Develop creative ideas, process improvements, and technological solutions to expand our team’s abilities
- Update promotional displays throughout the Resort.
- Performs administrative functions including answering phone calls, checking voicemails, responding to emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
