The onsite Senior Creative Director will provide oversight and coordination by helping to elevate the healthcare journey for patients and families throughout the network.
The position is responsible for ensuring that patients discover and access healthcare that saves, improves and enriches lives.
By channeling their creative skills into designing digital and physical touchpoints. This position will elevate our brand among consumers and medical professionals through superior skills in graphic design, artistic vision for brand activation, and logistical strength in studio management while overseeing throughput for a highly creative team of designers and video / photo producers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage our in-house design studio, including photo / video and print departments.
- Partner with marketing strategists and copywriters in the conception and production of advertising creative. Channels include display, social, out-of-home, landing pages, print, and email.
- Guide the rollout of new brand elements across touchpoints such as building exteriors and interiors.
- Efficiently manage vendor relationships including scoping, budgeting, and contracting.
- Partner with departments in the expression of WMC’s branding to ensure a consistent look and feel.
Qualifications / Requirements :
Experience :
A minimum of 7 years of combined experience in graphic design and creative direction, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health technology sectors.
A proven track record of leadership in a creative director role. Agency experience (brand or advertising) with an emphasis on consumer and MD audiences.
Demonstrated the ability to manage and execute large-scale experimental brand activations. Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing, project management and strategic planning.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required. MA, or MFA degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field, preferred.
