Our team is dedicated to providing a positive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive and grow. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing training and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotions to drive showroom traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
Customer Experience : Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience. Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, goals, and forecasts. Inventory Management : Oversee vehicle inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising to ensure alignment with market demand and dealership objectives.
Collaboration : Work closely with the finance department to streamline the sales process and assist customers with financing options.
