As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech, you will lead the charge in defining, inventing and launching ad solutions that will surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers.

You will work with scientists, engineers, ops teams and designers to define the experience and technology required to deliver an advertising experience that is customer-obsessed, non-intrusive and engaging.

Key job responsibilitiesDefine the vision and strategy for high impact products that will enhance the customer experience and drive business success with advertisers.

Use creativity, customer insights, data and business judgement to deliver results against customer and business outcomes.

Manage prioritization and trade-offs among across CX, monetization, tech and ops lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams.

Communicate effectively through writing to influence at all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate has a passion for streaming and digital advertising and demonstrates product leadership skills by fostering cross-team collaboration with business, technical and design counterparts.

Basic Qualifications2+ years of end to end product delivery experience.3+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Bachelor's degree.Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition.Experience managing technical products or online services.

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
