Role Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, on-site Sales Manager at our Plantation, FL office. As a key member of of the team, you will play a pivotal role in steering the success of our sales department.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Leading, mentoring, and expanding a dedicated team of sales professionals.
- Crafting and executing innovative sales strategies.
- Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Fostering and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Managing overflow calls and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Overseeing CRM and lead management processes to optimize sales effectiveness.
