What will you do?

Sales Team Leadership : Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of automotive retail sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Foster a culture of resilience, determination, and creativity to tackle challenges head-on and drive results.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and offer targeted training and development opportunities.

Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Business Development and Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and expand our market share.

Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through prospecting, networking, and long term relationship building.Monitor trends and opportunities to proactively overcome roadblocks to success and drive business growth.

Creating Raving Fans : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized experiencesAddress customer escalations with empathy and professionalism, turning negative situations into positive outcomes.

Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, guiding the sales team to navigate challenges effectively and uphold the companys values.

Inventory Optimization and Strategic Planning : Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to overcome market challenges and seize opportunities for growth.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.Work closely Manufacturer and General Manager to ensure adequate stock levels and optimize vehicle selection based on market demand and preferences of customer base.

Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and market trends to make data-driven decisions that drive sales and profitability.

What are we looking for?

  • Motived by surpassing targets. Proven track record of success in driving results as automotive retail sales manager, with a focus on new car sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets. A relentless focus on achieving sales objectives through a collaborative team approach.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing obstacles to success.
  • Expert knowledge of automotive sales processes, techniques, and industry trends. Highly proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
  • High School Degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must pass all pre-testing requirements and background screening tests; Must possess current valid drivers license with good driving record.
