SpektreWorks is seeking an experienced program manager to help guid our growing Team. The Senior Program Manager role will be responsible for leading Project Manager and Project Engineer roles as part of the Strategic, Program Planning and Business Development organization.

This position will have oversight of standards, key process improvements and leadership of the team relative across all Program pursuits.

Prior Leadership experience and / or attributes are desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical, cost and schedule experience in support of shaping processes and implementing standards across the organization.

Basic Qualifications :

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract.

Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

This position will apply strong business acumen, communication abilities and relationship building combined with strong analytical and planning skills to work with a wide range of groups and functions across the company.

Desired Skills :

Prior Program Management experience in the UAS Industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Technical, cost and schedule experience in support of shaping standards and optimal dynamics in support of Project Managers and Project Engineers
