A candidate must be a high school graduate or its equivalent, complete a recognized MA program at an accredited college or university, become certified within 90 days of hire, poses a functional working knowledge of medical terminology (in English and Spanish), demonstrate basic computer skills, excellent and dynamic people skills, excellent communication skills, and professional confidence.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Your responsibilities* will include but are not limited to :
  • Assisting with front office operation including greeting patients, in-processing, data entry, patient care coordination, interactive communication with medical staff.
  • Occasionally conducting triage procedures for initial evaluations for musculoskeletal disorders and injuries such as sprains, strains, lacerations, and contusions.
  • Safety surveillance procedures such as pulmonary function testing, hearing testing, eye exams, UDS’s, and mask fitting
  • Assisting with medical testing, injections, blood draws, and medical screening
  • Participate in case management meetings
  • Assist with translation
