Pay rate and Shift
l Job Duration : 6+ Month
l Shift : 8 AM to 12 PM Mon To Wed in office Thurs / Fri remote, 4 hour days
Key Responsibilities :
l Setting up and creating records for Agents (Set up identifying codes for existing producers in internal systems).
l Update internal systems with key data on a timely basis.
l Monitor internal dept mailbox for requests for appointments / codes / address changes.
l Store contracts and documents in electronic repository
l Assist on projects in support of business needs.
l Assist team where needed.
l Process appointments / terminations if needed.
l Process mass data updates
Skills :
l Experience with Microsoft Office products
l Excel-Data entry experience needed
l Word-Will be using templates
l Outlook-Outlook no calendars, just managing emails.
l High attention to detail
l Organizational skills
l Ability to work independently to complete assignments in a timely manner
l Excellent communication skills
Education / Experience :
l Associates Degree preferred
l Insurance industry experience preferred 2-3 year
