Senior Facility Maintenance Technician Job Duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic equipment.
- Diagnose complex malfunctions, and replace or repair worn or damaged parts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities.
- Maintain HVAC systems
Senior Facility Maintenance Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to pneumatic systems
