As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner , you will play a key role in supporting and driving our client’s HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to provide strategic HR guidance and support. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, employment law and healthcare industry regulations to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, investigations and conflict resolution processes
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies and collaborate with recruiters to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement performance management programs to drive employee engagement and productivity
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Manage and resolve complex HR issues, including compensation, benefits and workforce planning
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices to recommend and implement improvements
Senior Human Resources Business Partner Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of Human Resources Experience is required
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the healthcare industry
- Deep knowledge of HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations and talent management
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
