You'll be expected to lead by example, inspire the team, and step in as a receptionist based on the needs of the work day.
Your responsibilities will include training new team members, delivering exceptional customer service, managing general office tasks, and providing top-notch care to our furry guests.

Ideal Candidate : Experience At least 6 months of management experience in a similar setting. Teachability Eager to learn and adapt.
Authorization U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. Self-Motivated Able to work independently and take initiative.
Reliable Physical Stamina Comfortable with physical tasks that require kneeling, crouching, walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, bending, or climbing.
Strong Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Multitasking Skills Excellent at prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy Proficient in basic computer functions. Customer Interaction Friendly and effective communicator. Compensation : Negotiable based on experience.
