RealWorldResponsibilities :
During your time with us you will :
Learn to research business processes related to the customer journey by observing with teams doing the work (immersion)
Gather and analyze data on existing processes and make recommendations for improvement (documentation)
Train team members on improved processes (improvement and training) specifically, will be working within the Customer Experience team.
Assist in SQL data extraction and integration with reporting systems
Assist in web development story creation and testing. Test and validate new functionality for customer sites
As part of our team, we will :

Teach you the standard tools that Genie / Terex has learned in Lean practices
Gain project management experience
Must haves :
Pursuing a degree in Business Analyst, Information technology, Quality / Continuous Improvement, Web Design or related field
Ability to work full-time for 6 months in Bothell, WA (hybrid)
Knowledge of process improvement and lean manufacturing concepts
Enthusiasm to interact with internal Team Members, customers and associated customer facing processes
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
SQL and data integration knowledge
Strong experience with Office 365 tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner
Strong deductive reasoning skills and ability to ask clarifying questions
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a positive tone
Good organizational and time management skills
Nice to haves :
Salesforce and Oracle ERP experience
Assimilate quickly into a team environment
Natural curiosity to learn
Self-motivated
Positive and energetic
Ability to adapt and learn data systems (Salesforce, Dashboard)
Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management
The compensation for this position is $26 / hr for undergraduate interns and $28 / hr for graduate or returning interns.
This position is eligible for holiday pay.
