Job Summary :
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.
- Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (computers, printers, phone systems) and software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
