Job Summary :

As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues.
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately.
• Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or administration is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using office equipment (computers, printers, phone systems) and software (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
