Ideal Candidate Requirements :
- Experience That Counts : 4+ years in military, law enforcement, or close protection roles.
- Certifications : An active California Guard Card and CPR / AED are required.
- Proven Performance : Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in high-stakes situations.
- Professionalism : Strong communication and teamwork skills, focusing on maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Security : Manage security operations at large-scale events, private estates, and corporate environments.
- Threat Mitigation : Perform detailed risk assessments and create actionable safety plans.
