What You’ll Do :

As an Account Manager at ReviewPoint , you'll be at the forefront of our client success strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Client Relationship Management : Perform daily outreach through phone calls, Zoom calls, text, and email. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, monitoring their business using the ReviewPoint dashboard as their primary point of contact.
• Onboarding and Training : Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our platform.
• Strategic Planning : Develop customized strategies and proposals to help clients achieve their business goals using our tools and services.
• Problem Solving : Act as a trusted advisor, troubleshooting issues and providing innovative and proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor client performance, provide regular reports, and offer proactive recommendations to optimize their use of our platform with ReviewPoint .
• Collaboration : Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, participating in feedback loops to meet and exceed client needs.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency, tech, or start-up environment.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Customer-Centric : A genuine passion for helping clients succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving and service.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms. Things change and advance quickly;

therefore, a high level of flexibility and adaptability is essential for this role.

• Adaptable : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
