Job Overview :
The Sales Specialist will work side by side with our small team and report to our CEO.
This is a job that requires a passion for building businesses from the ground floor.
The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for an opportunity to manage the entire sales process from prospecting through closing, while building the processes needed to improve results and hit targets.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping people, and be creative, focused, and exhibit a growth mindset. From developing new business through upgrading accounts this is a full-cycle sales role that is ideal for an individual contributor with a driver personality and a track record of making great things happen.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and building relationships with key clients in the energy sector.
This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the sales process, experience in business development, and a passion for leveraging AI in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the energy or SaaS industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in recruitment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or related early-stage sales professional.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, and similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or headhunting.
- Experience working in sales for businesses in recruiting, staffing, or headhunting.
Salary Range :
Base salary up to $100,000 annually DOE and selected commission structure. Plus there will be opportunities for metrics-based bonuses.
