The Tenant Underwriting Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating an applicant’s submission of information to become a tenant.
Responsible for processing the applications in an efficient, secure, and confidential manner.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for researching and approving tenant lease applications. Processes requests by company leasing staff in preparing lease and other documents in order to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
- Manages daily workload assignments in order to meet productivity and quality standards of delivering processed leases.
- Receives ongoing coaching, feedback and attends team meetings with Manager in order to assess performance against deliverables and ensure best practices.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, or related field or equivalent experience in Real Estate or Property Management
- Loan underwriting, banking, credit, and / or clerical / administrative experience required
- PC skills (Proficient in Excel)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal
