They are looking for a detail-oriented, self-initiated leader to join their team as a Production Superviso r who will be responsible for leading various hands-on shop floor operations.
This is a Direct Hire position in Chicago, IL with growth opportunities available.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities :
Lead the operation of packing lines
Oversee paint line operations
Manage rivet operations
Supervise hydraulic press operations
Direct roll-former operations
Oversee robotic steel welding cells
Engage in hands-on / shop floor activity
Shift : 1st (Monday - Thursday 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm )
2nd (Monday - Thursday 4 : 30 pm - 3 : 00 am )
Pay : $75k - $85k / year

Production Supervisor Requirements :
3 years of production supervisor experience
3 years of manufacturing experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven leadership in one or more of the following areas : steel punching, roll forming, welding, dip and powder paint lines, automated and manual packing line environments
Knowledge of Spanish is preferred
