Paradigm is seeking a Mail Room Production Manager to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. In this role, the Mail Room Production Manager will manage printing, mailing, material management, and oversee two departments with 30+ staff.
Responsibilities include setting production priorities, scheduling, process improvement, audits, quality control, inventory management, and maintaining relationships with USPS and vendors.
Type : Contract Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 4 : 30PM to 1 : 00AM PST
Location : Onsite in Beaverton, OR Duration : 1 year Pay Rate : $$ per hour based on experience / qualifications
As a Mail Room Production Manager, you will :
- Oversee printing, machine inserting, sorting, and other production tasks to meet client and organizational targets.
- Report on status, throughput, and productivity to management and executive teams.
- Continuously update department procedures for efficiency and improvement.
- Manage staffing for 30+ employees and temporary staff, including overtime management.
- Conduct performance management, coaching, feedback, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a safe work environment.
- Apply knowledge of USPS rules and regulations.
