What you'll be doing
- Manage corporate governance functions and assist with Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings, regulatory filings, and related documentation
- Draft and maintain Board, Committee, and shareholder records
- Collaborate with our Finance, Accounting, Tax, and People teams on management of the company’s equity compensation programs, including preparation of employee communications and close engagement in the equity grant process
- Support the administration of our Code of Ethics, whistleblower hotline, and other policies and programs
- Mentor and train junior team members, and collaborate to design and deliver engaging employee trainings relating to Corporate and Compliance topics
- Providing corporate support for the creation and operation of corporate subsidiaries around the world
- Support strategic transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, closing mechanics, and post-closing integration and administration of acquired companies
- Providing project management support and working on other team, department, and cross-functional projects and priorities as needed
What you should have
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, gained through either a law firm serving technology companies or in-house at a technology company
- IPO experience or experience working for a publicly-listed technology company
- Previous roles that emphasized project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and consistently meeting deadlines
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable, cross-functional processes for an evolving company
- Ability to operate with empathy, agility, and flexibility in a hybrid, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with team members, cross-functional, and external partners in various time zones
- Effective prioritization when it comes to project management, navigating time-sensitive projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail on other important workstreams
- Curiosity and ability to jump into less familiar areas and learn while doing in a fast-changing environment

- Interest in learning (or experience in) non-Corporate legal work
- Understanding of (or experience using) Discord
- Appreciation for absurd hypotheticals, silly memes, and Oxford commas
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,000 to $184,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
