Kelly Services has *DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY* for *SALES & DESIGN SPECIALIST* in Summerset, SD.* *First 3-4 weeks training in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Accommodations, travel expense provided during training. PAY : *$20-25 / hr*HOURS : *8am-5pm M-F, Saturdays 10am-1pm (rotation)*BENEFITS INCLUDE : *Paid Time Off, Bereavement, Paid holidays, Health insurance, HSA, Life & Supplemental insurance, IRA, Professional Development Program.
- RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.* Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the showroom, answer phones, emails, etc.* Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers and co-workers.* Comply with inventory control procedures.* Suggest ways to improve sales (e.
g., planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).* Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple Microsoft programs and quoting software.
- QUALIFICATIONS : Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.* Understanding of construction processes, reading blueprints, and / or interior design a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.* Basic Math skills.* Working knowledge of customer, market dynamics, and requirements.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.* A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.* Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, and address complaints in a timely manner.
