NCYF seeks an Assistant Vice President of Residential Services to develop, maintain, monitor and supervise the operation of the therapeutic group homes and treatment services.
This candidate will provide training and consultation to program directors and staff in compliance with program policies, procedures, and regulations of organization.
This AVP will assist and collaborate with the VP of Residential & TDP Services on the planning, formulation and development of new programs and services;
direct and coordinate the implementation of new programs and major changes; keep abreast of program licensing requirements, oversee contracting processes and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Also, the AVP will establish objectives, monitor progress against objectives, delegate responsibilities, provide direction and guidance as necessary to achieve objectives.
In collaboration with HR, the AVP will implement and maintain agency personnel policies and ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations.
In collaboration with the fiscal department, will develop program budgets and oversee spending in accordance with agency fiscal policy.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Overseeing and maintaining appropriate utilization rates for all programs.
- Reviewing and monitoring compliance with all required paperwork and sign off as necessary.
Requirements :
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required certifications and licenses, including but not limited to CPI, CPR, First Aid, MAP
- Master’s degree and five or more years of experience managing Residential Treatment services.
- Familiarity with trauma informed care.
- Reliable transportation required
- Approved CORI, DCF and driving background checks required
- LICSW, LMHC or other independent license preferred
