We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage and oversee our accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Qualifications :
Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
