Job Title : Workforce Analyst
Work location : Plano, TX
Work schedule : Hybrid, on-site at least 2 days per week
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Human Resources staff to understand business objectives and gather requirements for workforce and labor cost reports.
- Develop and execute HR-related reports, focusing on total headcounts of FTE employees.
- Visualize data from various systems using query and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Evaluate data against Our Client's financial objectives to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Support regular headcount reporting activities and labor cost tracking, including monthly and quarterly reports.
- Conduct position data reviews and manage ad-hoc information requests as needed.
- Engage in position management activities across Our Client.
- Work collaboratively with various HR stakeholders on headcount management initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications Must Have :
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or other dashboard creation tools.
- Labor cost reporting experience with the ability to reconcile numbers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRM systems.

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience providing subject matter expertise when new reporting requirements are identified.
- Ability to contribute analytical expertise to technology projects with significant reporting or metrics components, including HR applications development or business intelligence tools.
