- Ability to execute a complex sale with multiple stakeholders
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of Related experience
- 2+ years in Revenue cycle consulting
- 2+ years in MSO operations or managed large MSO account
- 2+ years managing of revenue cycle department in a hospital
- 2+ years in Electronic Medical Record sales and / or leadership
- 2+ years in Medical coding sales
Preferred Qualfications
- Treasury sales and product implementation
- Driven to exceed expectations
- Accountable to stakeholders and colleagues
- Ability to influence prospects and clients
- Creates trust and relationships
- Deep acumen of healthcare revenue cycle, denial Mgt, outsource medical coding and / or MSO business
- Master’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation and negotiating skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn other software / systems
- Results driven, innovative leadership
- Passion for using disruptive AI software to change the marketplace operating paradigm
- Medical coding or EHR sales leadership
- Large account or MSO channel sales leadership
- SAAS Sales experience or leadership
- Management Service Organization leadership for healthcare
- Healthcare Revenue Cycle sales or consulting
- Medical Records or Coding Sales or Management
