Job title : Group Exercise Instructor
Location : Tampa, FL
Schedule : Part time
Qualification :
- Hold current CPR, AED, and first aid certifications, along with specialized fitness certifications from recognized organizations.
- Minimum six months teaching experience if certification lacks a practical exam component.
- Must be fluent in English with effective communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to fitness center standards for class safety and conduct.
- Comply with military base security requirements and manage necessary access credentials.
Duties :
- Lead a variety of group exercise classes, ensuring punctual start and finish times.
- Set up before and clean up after classes and manage equipment maintenance.
- Oversee instructor certification compliance and address performance issues based on customer feedback.
- Accurately record class attendance and manage class schedules.
