We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to assist with our tech-oriented customer service needs.
This role is crucial in our company's daily operation as it involves providing technical support to our internal teams and clients.
As a Help Desk Analyst, you will aid in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and offering solutions for technological issues.
SHIFT : Mon-Fri 1pm-9 : 30pm
MUST LIVE COMMUTING DISTANCE TO PHILADELPHIA, PA
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries over the phone and via email.
- Write training manuals and conduct training sessions for users.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
