This is an opportunity to advance your practice in advising clients on U.S. inbound and outbound transactional tax and cross-border tax planning, with a focus on design, implementation, and post-implementation work for complex acquisitions, business combinations, restructurings, fund investments, and global expansions.
You will work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions that involve the development and execution of tax-efficient and commercially effective tax planning strategies.
Clients include public and closely held multinational corporations, mid-market corporations, investment funds, start-up companies, and high-net-worth individuals across a number of industries, including technology, health services, media and entertainment, financial services, and retail.
