Mental Health Clinician

A Mental Health Clinician is needed in Canton, OH.

Our Client is a non-profit faith-based organization offering both outpatient and residential services to all ages.

They are looking for part-time and full-time outpatient clinicians. Each clinician makes their own schedule, and the compensation varies depending on which option is chosen (contract / part time vs.

full time / salaried).

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary / Hourly Rate Breakdowns :
  • Part-Time (10 to 16 hours per week, no benefits) is between $26 and $38 an hour, depending on education, experience and licensure status.
  • Part-time WITH benefits (17 to 22 billable hours per week) salaried position, $30,000 to $37,500
  • Full-Time, benefits (23 to 27 billable hours per week) $41,000 to $51,000 depending on education, experience and licensure status
  • Full time, benefits (28 billable hours per week or more) $51,250 to $63,750
  • Sign on bonus : $3000

Responsibilities

  • Make your own schedule - clinics are open Monday through Saturday. Receptionist is available M-F. Some evening availability is required, depending on caseload.
  • Work with patients of all ages in one-on-one counseling sessions. Ability to diagnose mental health disorders is required.
  • On-site outpatient role.
  • Provide therapy in the areas of anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, parent-child problems, or serious mental illnesses, substance abuse / dual diagnosis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor level clinicians :
  • BSW and LSW
  • Master level clinicians :
  • LPC, LSW or LMSW
  • LPCC or LISW
  • Experience and education in diagnosing behavioral health disorders
  • Comfortable discussing one’s faith if a patient inquires about it.
