Job Summary
The Darla Moore School of Business is accepting applications for a Corporate Relations (CR) Manager position. This individual will be the primary manager and administrator for all CR administrative needs for CR activities.
Serves as first point of contact to all inquiries. Provides exceptional customer service to CR stakeholders, internal and external.
Actively manages and supports the administrative, organizational, and data needs for activities with CRs stakeholders such as, university students, faculty, and staff, as well as senior C-suite professional business partners, and business community members.
Activities include event planning and delivery, scheduling space, coordinating logistics, expense reimbursement processing, coordination and communication between stakeholders with an emphasis on helping coordinate the activities and events of all corporate-related activities within DMSB.
Minimum Qualifications Requires a bachelors degree and 2 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and / or experience.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree and 2 or more years related experience in business management, administrative services or related field;
- or equivalency. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Must possess decision-making, communication, collaboration, organization, and skills-such as effective verbal and written communication;

- Answer inquiries about DMSB activities and programs in which corporations might be involved.
- Work with internal entities to ensure the promotion of corporate-related activities on social media.

- Support and serve as liaison between Corporate Solution stakeholders such as centers, alumni relations, university students, faculty, and staff, as well as senior business partners, and business community members.
- Respond to inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Coordinate with and communicate among stakeholders with an emphasis on managing the timing and workflow of all Corporate Relations activities.
- Work with and monitor Corporate Relations-related entities to ensure their use of the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Organize and lead meetings among relevant internal entities including centers, alumni relations, events, and development.
- Work with internal Corporate Relations-entities to coordinate calendars for activities.
- Manage Corporate Relations calendar and budget.

- Assist in communication where needed.

- Conduct research for Corporate Relations.
