Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects concurrently.
- Coordinate Cost Acct Managers
- Implement program plans.
- Understand budget / schedule.
- Adhere to Honeywell’s processes.
- Utilize Cora PPM (Honeywell Operating System for records management)
- Accurately forecast financially the work activities planned on each project and to drive working capital
- Drive work activities to maintain project schedules; engineering submittals, procurement, site works (subcontract or technician)
- Collaborate with Functions
- Coordinate & provide guidance.
- Support capacity analysis
- Assure timely management.
- Present programmatic details YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years’ relevant program or project management experience
- Experience in building technology (fire, security, alarms, or other building controls) within the commercial / industrial construction industry)
- Creating or co-creating project / program budgets.
- Experience managing portfolio of multiple projects concurrently.
- BS / BA degree in engineering or business
