Where We Need You :

The Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing team within the Sourcing & Procurement practice.

What You Can Expect :

The Senior Consultant coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plan. Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency.

The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive cost reductions.

Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves.

At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

A strong ability to guide and inspire junior staff which helps you excel at mentoring and advising those who look up to you

Advanced verbal and written communication skills that contribute to effectively presenting documented findings and recommendations to various internal / external stakeholders as well as executive level presentations

Knowledge of process improvement, business transformation and project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, Change Management etc.)

Ability to apply technical knowledge and problem solving to analyze data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or related field)

2+ years working in Consulting, Sourcing & Procurement, or Procurement Technologyor related field, either in professional services or industry

You possess sourcing and procurement expertise spanning across one or more of the following areas : Spend Analysis, Procurement Analytics (e.

g., process mining, cycle time analysis), Procure-to-Pay.

Implementation experience with one or more technologies that support key Source to pay functions : GEP, Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Basware, Oracle Procurement (Cloud), Workday Procurement / WSS, SAP S / 4 HANA Procurement

Experience in MSFT PowerApps, MSFT Power Automate, Power BI, Co-Pilot (or other Gen AI tool) a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Visio, Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Professional Certification such asLean Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

We travel throughout the month frequently based upon client requests / commitments. Travel may include suburban, regional, or out of state locations.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.

Below is the salary range for this job.

$89,000.00 - $134,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and / or discretionary stock compensation opportunities.

Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$97,900.00 - $147,400.00

We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service.

New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
